Details

When I load this URL http://i.imgur.com/STXGPDI.gifv, I get the speaker icon in the tab even though it's not playing any audible sound.

The page is embedding the WebM video from http://i.imgur.com/STXGPDI.webm 
The video element does show an "Unmute" control.

Tested on Windows 7 with July 31s Nightly, Flash disabled
