I've been using the credentials provided in bug 1162235, but as we're moving to using the mozci/pulse combination for more things I'd like to have trigger-bot on a separate account. The requirements are the same: no hg account, just a login to trigger jobs on buildapi. trigger-bot@mozilla.com would work for me.

I've created the account. I'll need a gpg key to encrypt the password so that I can send it to you. And if it's accessing the same system as mozci-bot, I'll need to make the necessary access rule change to the apache server. I'll work on that now.

I've sent the credentials to Chris, gpg-encrypted. I also made the necessary change to the apache configuration to allow this user to log in. I believe this should be good to go.
