We should upgrade python (and any associated packages) to 2.7.10 on the Windows 2008 builders.

We have ran into an issue prviously when trying to use a new version of python. Specifically anything pass 2.7.6: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1156159#c3

Coop, looks like we're going to have issues with mozharness. Can you point us at someone who can help out there?

After testing some of the basics before getting to mozharness issues. The python msi installer puts in a new version of pip and that version of pip is throwing multiple errors. I am still working on the pip issues for now and hopefully we will get to the next stages of testing

If it helps to have a machine in staging, I can set one up quickly today.

b-2008-ix-0008 is ready now. Doh' forgot to update ssh keys. The keys are updated, now the completed builds can upload and not fail.
