Details
STR:
1. Play a YouTube video.
2. Right-click once to open YouTube's HTML5 context menu.
3. Right-click a second time to open the browser's native context menu.
4. Select the "Show Controls" context menu item.
5. See that both YouTube's HTML playback controls and Firefox's native playback controls are shown overlapping. (That is not a Firefox bug because Chrome and Safari have the same behavior.)
6. Left-click on the video to toggle play/pause.
RESULT:
In Firefox, the video will play or pause for less than a second and then revert to the previous play/pause state. Playing and pausing works correctly in Chrome and Safari when both the HTML and native playback controls are shown.

Seems like subsequent clicks do work correctly. Not sure if this isn't just a youtube bug.

I suspect this will get fixed by bug 1181055 but I haven't tested it.
