favicons in the Bookmarks menu randomly disappear, only to reappear when the site is revisited. May or may not be related to bug 116832.

Sorry, I didn't indicate the build number. Mozilla 0.9.7 under RedHat 7.2.

Target Milestone is for when to fix it. It decides the owner of bug. Matthias Versen (Matti): I can say that I do not crash and even on the same build they dissapers for me.

Ah, my apologies -- I've seen folks use Target Milestone as a replacement for the Version field, which seems to be broken. Should I bring this up with the Bugzilla maintainers?

No. The link has clear text: Community members: please use the mozilla1.0 milestone-keyword nomination system wisely, and do not change the Target Milestone of anyone else's bug without the assignee's consent. This keyword-proposal/target-milestone-disposal system will help decide whether mozilla0.9.7, mozilla0.9.8, or a later 0.9.x release deserves to be branded "Mozilla 1.0". You may of course vote for bugs as usual, to help inform prioritization. We are aware that random people can fiddle with random fields. And perhaps we will fix this in the distant future. If you see people inappropriately changing the field make a comment as Eugene Savitsky did, and undo it [be sure that you know the person who made the change isn't associated with the bug owner], if it doesn't stop, bring the issue to the attention of asa@mozilla.org.

IMHO this bug and bug 116832 are two sides of the same problem, but this one is somewhat more general. I would say - either a dup of 116832 or depends on 116832... *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 116832 ***

Re comment 5 from Eugene: yes, sometimes the favicons disappear after restart, but sometimes not (mostly not).
