User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:40.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/40.0
Build ID: 20150826023504
Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable Tracking Protections by either opening a private windows in Firefox Nightly or manually enabling the privacy.trackingprotection flag.
2. Navigate to this URL: http://www.forbes.com/sites/theopriestley/2015/09/21/consumers-prepare-for-an-internet-of-very-pointless-things/
3. Forbes will redirect you to: http://www.forbes.com/forbes/welcome/ which is an ad interstitial with a “Continue to site” link in in upper right
Actual results:
The ad interstitial does not render at all. The user has no way to advance to the actual page on Forbes.
Expected results:
the “Continue to site” link should be rendered, so that the user can advance.

I just encountered this recently and have a bit to add: I found that Forbes thinks TP is an ad blocker, and asks you to turn off your ad blocker to continue. This might be quite confusing to users: for example, I had an ad blocking addon installed, and was surprised to see that disabling it had no effect on Forbes. It took me quite a while to realize that tracking protection was the culprit. Forbes does not let you "continue" until you turn off TP (the "continue to site" button leads you back to the same page asking you to turn off the ad blocker)

Oh, forgot to mention that I managed to get past the blank page somehow. Not sure exactly how, I remember refreshing multiple times.

At this point, we're not going to do anything special to try and work-around paywalls.
