Similar to bug 1197358 we need an entry script to run functional tests with Jenkins. This script has to cover nightly and beta/release builds of Firefox and should be located at scripts/firefox_ui_tests/functional.py.

This patch adds support for running our functional tests via Jenkins. It also fixes the missed cli_script value change by Armen's patch on bug 1198448.
