Details
Only sorta blocks bug 1165405, as we don't use these in anger. In fact this might be 'hg rm' rather than fixing.
Anyway, the issue is that testing/mozharness/configs/partner_repacks/release_mozilla-release_android.py strongly implies it's expecting to be able to scp files to a final destination, rather than use post_upload.
