This is like bug 10872, except MailNews should remember the scroll position *even if no message was selected*.

This is somehow related/contrary to bug 80604 (http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=80604)
I think the idea is Mozilla only remembers scroll position when a message is selected. I'm okay with this, provided that feature works properly. :-) WONTFIXing
