When viewing a pdf file I click on "Open with Different Viewer" the notification bar just rolls up. Non-e10s presents me with a dialog to run a program for the pdf.
My Browser Log shows the following when I open the pdf file. The last entry is when I click on "Open with Different Viewer".

I went back to Fx43.0a1 dated 2015-09-16 on inbound and had the problem with e10s enabled.
Unable to reproduce on Mac OSX. Is it only Windows 10 issue or it affects other platforms as well?
When I tried going back to Fx42 I couldn't get to any sites. I'm on Windows 10 and these builds were pre-Windows 10 so maybe that's the problem. My gut feeling is that the problem was always there when e10s were first introduced.
Reproduced with e10s on Ubuntu14.04.

Any update on this?

Don't think so. With e10s enabled I can use the Download button and then open up the doc with my external PDF viewer. Open with different viewer does nothing when clicked on. The Download button is at least a workaround.
