If tracking protection is enabled, when you open the URL the "Offer Code" field is not automatically filled and, even if you write it manually, the button to register doesn't work.

Tested on 58.0a1 with TP enabled. Page loads full of content and images, buttons and links work. There is no longer an area to view or enter an offer code.
