[Affected versions]:
- 47.0a1 (2016-02-25)
[Affected platforms]:
- Mac OS X 10.11 and Mac OS X 10.9.5
[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. From about:config, enable the devtools.responsive.html.enabled pref.
3. Open RDM and observe the scrollbars.
[Expected result]:
- Floating scrollbars are displayed for the viewport. (See https://bug1241326.bmoattachments.org/attachment.cgi?id=8723117 )
[Actual result]:
- 'Full' scrollbars are displayed.(See the attached video)
[Regression range]:
- This is not a regression since this is a new implementation.

I believe this is fixed by the work in bug 1240896, so I'll assign it for now.
Resetting status flags since the feature is disabled by default.

This one I am less sure about, as I don't think I was able to reproduce the issue originally. However, we should now have the same scrollbar behavior as legacy RDM after bug 1240896.
I'm going to resolve this for now, and we can get QA to check it out.

The floating scrollbars are correctly displayed on Firefox 49.0a1 (2016-05-03) and on Mac OS X 10.10.5.
I am marking this issue Verified Fixed.
