This is related to Bug #12520 or maybe it is the same bug. But when selection is turned off for text frames the cursor should be an arrow instead of an IBEAM.
Depends on: 12520
Rod: again, can you please describe why this is a blocker? We need to prioritize it correctly.
Severity: blocker → major
This for the moment, is still a problem, but the way I am using frame it does change the cursor at the moment. Changing the status to major.

Target Milestone: M12
This cursor is under control of the style system, so it it changed to an IBEAM by ua.css. I have tried to fix this using "cursor" settings in our CSS files, but given that the problem will exist in ANY text that is marked as "not selectable", so the problem should be solved within layout and not by lots of CSS kludges. This should wait for the solution to bug 12520.
