That way we can burn the tree if a check is violated. Ultimately, we want to enable warningsAsErrors in the tree, which will make all warnings errors (rather than forcing us to list them explicitly) but since we can't do that right away this is the way to ensure conformance in the mean-time. Waiting on bug 1241941 so I can add ScrollViewSize as the first item in this config.
