This is a planning bug for tracking work related to getting Linux 32 Opt / PGO tests Tier-2.

This bug is for *tests*. gbrown is still working on the image. The hierarchy of bugs I've been using is: * Migrate platform X to TC ** Platform X builds/tests in TC at tier 1 *** Platform X nightlies in TC at tier 1 **** Platform X nightlies in TC at tier 2 ***** Platform X tests at tier 2 ****** Platform X builds at tier 2 You need builds to have tests to have nightlies to switch everything to tier 1 and migrate the platform. That's a lot of nested tracking bug overkill, but we already had most of these bugs on file and I just tried to make them relate sensibly to each other.
