As what I can see enforce_gecko_prefs doesn't actually use self.quit nor self.restart from Marionette. As such it's not a bug that we would have to track related to these two methods. That said there is no other known issue anymore and with all the dependencies fixed I'm going to also mark this bug as fixed.
