Rail wrote some tools to look at pulse messages for release promotion https://github.com/rail/pulse-notify and https://github.com/rail/pulse-notify-js We had a short vidyo call and he suggested that it would be good to have this deployed somewhere where we could look at it vs us all setting it up locally, possibly heroku
