Details
Since the soon to be enabled Django system deploy checks (bug 1247344) will fail if it's <50 characters - since that's the recommended minimum.
For prod the secret key is set in Hiera under `secrets_treeherder_django_secret`, and for stage `secrets_treeherder_stage_django_secret`.
These can be updated at any point, users will just need to log in again which is not a big deal.
