Using Build ID: 2002022003
Steps to reproduce problem:
1. Open a full-screen window
2. Press Ctrl+Esc, Esc
3. Right-click on the window in the taskbar
Expected results: Restore option turns off full-screen mode
Actual results: Restore/maximize options do nothing.
