User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0 Build ID: 20160502172042 Steps to reproduce: I'm running Thunderbir 45.1 x86 in Debian GNU/Linux 8 Jessie x86, though I have suffer similar problems in previous versions of Thunderbird. 1.- Install Lighting Callendar 2.- Install Google Calendar Provider 3.- Configure more than 7 Google Callendars 4.- Configure Master Password 5.- Restart Thunderbird Actual results: 1.- Input Master Password more than 6 or 7 times 2.- Thunderbird UI crashes and disappear but process still running 3.- kill process, start again with --safe-mode 4.- disable addons, and launch again reduce the number of calendars and it works again Expected results: 1.- It should had ask me only ones the master password 2.- Shouldnt crash after entering master password 6 or 7 times, may be if I only input 1 password it wont crash?

In steps to reproduce: between 2 and 3 2.5.- Add a couple of mail address to the client.

This workarround worked for me, though I agreed that it should be fixed, perhaps integrating the StartupMaster addon to the Thunderbird code base. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/startupmaster/ Linked in case anyone else stumbles upon my post. thx!!!
