User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0
Build ID: 20160502172042

Steps to reproduce:

I'm running Thunderbir 45.1 x86 in Debian GNU/Linux 8 Jessie x86, though I have suffer similar problems in previous versions of Thunderbird.
1.- Install Lighting Callendar
2.- Install Google Calendar Provider
3.- Configure more than 7 Google Callendars
4.- Configure Master Password
5.- Restart Thunderbird

Actual results:

1.- Input Master Password more than 6 or 7 times
2.- Thunderbird UI crashes and disappear but process still running
3.- kill process, start again with --safe-mode
4.- disable addons, and launch again reduce the number of calendars and it works again

Expected results:

1.- It should had ask me only ones the master password
2.- Shouldnt crash after entering master password 6 or 7 times, may be if I only input 1 password it wont crash?
In steps to reproduce:
between 2 and 3
2.5.- Add a couple of mail address to the client.

This workarround worked for me, though I agreed that it should be fixed, perhaps integrating the StartupMaster addon to the Thunderbird code base.
