Once upon a time, we were up against the wall for builder limits and one thing we did to buy some relief was to use fewer chunks for mochitest-bc/dt on the various release branches. Now that that's no longer the case, it's just a bunch of unnecessary added complexity in the buildbot configs. Let's rip it out.
