At the moment, zooming shortcuts in RDM (Cmd+Plus, Cmd+Minus, etc.) zooms the entire tool UI, instead of the content in the viewport. I would guess we probably want them to target the content instead. However it gets less clear when there are multiple viewports. Do you have to focus one first? This may also be impacted by what we do for dPR / dpi.

When the zoom is configured with «Text only», it's even worse: Only RDM tools are zoomed, but not in viewport content. Text zooming is impossible in the viewport in that case.
