This is not always reproducable, but it increases frequency with the number of
tabs you have open. I have seen this on .98 on both Mac (OS 9.X) and PC (Win
98). Note: Because this happens very quickly it makes it near-impossible to get
a screen shot...
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open up many tabs.
2. Right-click (or click and hold for the Mac)
3. Select an item from the popup menu.
4. Note that the popup menu is drawn twice, the second to the left and about up
15-30 px.
I suspect there's a refresh/redraw problem with the tab content menus that is
triggered when you move the mouse down from the point of selection into the
content menu itself. In other cases I've seen them move around when you try to
select an item from them. Whatever's behind it is probably behind both of these.
Confirming. I've been seeing this for a long time in my Win98 builds and was
about to file this one myself. I'll try to get a screenshot.

similar to bug 124939 --could this be a related or a dup, even though the path
to repro differs?
*nods* Theoretically it could be a dup. Both tickets are issues of context menus
redrawing inaccurately after a user action is taken...I guess someone would have
to get jiggy with the code to find out if fixing one fixes the other.
