Out of 111 Windows 7 machines, we'd want to allocate a number of 80 to Windows XP pool and another 31 to Windows 8.
Summary: Move 80 machines from Windows 7 pool to Windows XP → Move 111 machines from Windows 7 pool to Windows XP and Windows 8

I disabled the above mentioned t-w732-ix machines in slavealloc, will remove them once the switch to Win XP&8 is done.
Cleaned the corresponding entries from slavealloc.
