The goal is to improve output quality and user experience for common HTML and PDF printing use cases.

Thanks for suggesting these. I think we'll categorize further to 3 buckets:
Print Layout: bugs like you suggested
Print Graphics: bugs related to rasterization (eg., DPI issues, Cairo/Skia/PDF internals)
Print UX: Print Dialogs, Print Preview, etc.
