Doing this will allow us to completely decouple the autoclassification code from datasource, which is a huge maintainability win (and will help with my work to get rid of the bug suggestion artifacts in bug 1281820).

This turned out to not be necessary for bug 1302745, I think I'd prefer to skip this (and all the hassles around a migration) and just migrate everything at once. The code will still be useful as part of a larger patch.
