The idea here is that we will greatly reduce the testing we do on XP to only what we actually ship, i.e. win32 PGO.

See also bug 1303827 about moving XP to ESR 52.
Blocks: xp-eol
We'll get a sufficient test volume reduction when 52 moves to aurora that we don't need to do this.

We no longer support XP (or Vista) in Nightly 53. Is there any infrastructure work necessary to decommission XP build or test machines? Or is there no need to decommission anything until we drop XP support at ESR 52 EOL (2018 Q1)?

Now that we no longer have any XP load on the integration branches and m-c, we've already started cannibalizing the XP pool to augment the other test platforms where possible. We will need to keep a small pool of XP machines around for the lifecycle of ESR 52, but I'm managing that with relops and sheriffs.

Sounds good. Thanks.
