Hello Amir, is this an official build from the Mozilla downloads page, downloaded for the language you are currently using? This used to be a bug with the Force RTL add-on, or other add-ons for switching languages.

This bug is still apparent on latest Nightly Hebrew build, Force-RTL add-on (or any similar add-on) is NOT installed.

Thanks, adding this bug to the backlog. We're soon landing a new experimental design in Nightly in bug 1270006, that will remove this progress bar, but I'll keep this bug open in case we'll eventually decide to keep the progress bar.

Paolo, is this obsoleted by the new download icon design?

Yeah, actually two different issues with different designs, but similar in nature.
