For mobile: * mbsdiff should only be used for partials but we've gotten no partials on mobile so we can skip this * we don't do mar binaries on android * we only need the crashreports-symbols which we can submit since it's < 100 M * we can skip the full crashreport as it's 0.5 GB size and add it should folks downstream complain about it missing. For desktop TO BE DECIDED.

For Desktop, nothing to do - we already upload the {mar, mbsdiff}[1] and the crashreport-symbols too [2].
