We have a few lingering issues with buildbot-based Linux tests at the moment that could stand some attention even as most jobs move to Taskcluster. * There are multiple suites hitting the 7200s timeout on ESR45 due to insufficient chunking. We already have better options for the affected suites, so let's use them. * Bug 1317434 is reverting some of that better chunking on other branches as well, so we'll want to fix that as well. * We continue to run reftests across all trees even though they're broken everywhere but ESR45 and have no chance of ever being fixed (the GTK3 issues causing their hiding were fixed on Taskcluster and are now riding the trains). We should turn them off to save resources since they have zero chance of ever being fixed on buildbot.

* On ESR45, use 2 reftest chunks on opt and 4 on debug. Don't schedule Linux reftests anywhere else. * On all branches, use 8 chunks for Linux debug mochitest-plain. Continue using 5 for all other platforms. This is mostly restoring the previous behavior from prior to the changes from bug 1317434, but also extending it to ESR45 where 7200s timeouts in mochitest-2 are common.
