3. Press Ctrl+Right 

AR:  Nothing
ER:  Caret should move to the end: "background-image[caret]"

All "rule names" on that page are affected. This didn't work before bug 1153237 was fixed, then
it worked nice for a while, until bug 1248128. So, bug 1153237 is still not fixed completely.

This is regression from bug 1248128. Regression range:

It seems that this is a regresion caused by your change. Please have a look.
