Steps to reproduce: 1. Navigate to https://people-mozilla.org/~cpearce/mse-clearkey/ 2. Play the video Moving the mouse over the video itself adds a gray overlay, moving the mouse outside the video or over the controls themselves removes this overlay.
It seems to be a regression of 1319301
Ray, can you look into this?
