Details
The existing suspend-video-decoder related mochitests are all disabled for Android. The new ones (bug 1345403, bug 1346120, and bug 1346116) will also be disabled.
Open this bug to track this issue and try to fix them.

So, bug 1369975 prohibits us from enabling all mochitests now, but we can still enable those are not impacted by the drawImage() failre on Fennec at this moment.
