See bug 1352367 comment 10. It should just be a one-liner: [1] should be set to true, after a first dry-run occurred on release. This one-liner patch should be uplifted to mozilla-aurora (if that branch still exists), mozilla-beta and mozilla-release [1] https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-aurora/rev/632a3c9e2b4b#l1.14

I think we want this on central, beta, and release. I *think* aurora's already dead as a train repo, but it might be safest to land there too.

This landed and should be in the 53.0.1 fennec build. But we are going to hold that back and put together 53.0.2 fennec instead to include some other fixes.
