Details

remove buildbot configs for macosx from the repos, decommission masters etc. This work is cleanup after we have 1) managed to migrate the cross compile builds OR 2) run the builds/tests on taskcluster, but on mac hardware The solution we implement is TBD
This work could be started by decommissioning some mac tests masters since we shouldn't need as many anymore since opt, debug and nightlies have been migrated.
