dmg signing accepts a tarball.
sha2signcode should accept a zipfile: extract the zip, sign the contents, rezip.

Callek thought this might belong in signtool rather than the signing server, since signtool looks at signatures before sending to the signing server. If I modified this, I'd probably only touch the py3 signtool since we won't use buildbot signing for this... which actually means signingscript might be a better location for it.

Signingscript 2.0.0 will fix this. Just released; I need to upload&bump puppet.
I'm going to bump scriptworker for generic-worker cot support at the same time.
