Actual Results: A browser window opens with "ARGS:-ProfileManager" rather than the profile manager. Expected Results: The profile manager should have opened.

for now we need to at least make mozilla show a window explaining what the user should do.

This bug seems to call only for a dialog box that explains why Profile Manager can't start up. The ability of Mozilla and Profile Manager to run concurrently is a separate issue. Bug 60299 covers that.
