Details
On Mac OS X, Clicking on either the "Mozilla Profile Manager" or "Mozilla
Profile Migration" icon brings up a browser window showing the contents of the
respective file.

Doesn't reproduce unless Mozilla is already started. Mozilla's behavior in this
user-error case could be improved. Changing Summary field.
