Currently, when a developer/sheriff clicks on a Treeherder job and click on the menu item for a resultset they can click on "Trigger all Talos jobs" (this might only show up for users marked as 'sheriffs'). Since we moved to scheduling jobs via "Buildbot bridge" Mozci has lost the ability to fullfil this request. Once bug 1379171 is completed we can make Treeherder schedule the "trigger all Talos" action task instead of sending a Pulse message.
