On the latest nightly, if I go to about:addons, then click on more for an add-on, the title isn't bolded. Attached screenshots of nightly and release.

Comparing the Firefox 56.0.2 (20171024165158) with Firefox 58.0a1 (20171112220346) under Wind 7 64-bit, I can’t see the difference between these two builds.
Could you tell me please, at what should I be looking?

There shouldn't be a difference, this was a regression where the title got smaller.

Since there is no visual difference, is manual testing still required?
In case it doesn’t, could you please add the qe-verify - flag.
