checksetup.pl should be checking for Template-Toolkit v2.07.
Patch to follow shortly.
BTW, the various Tinderbox builds will need to upgrade to
Template-Toolkit v2.07 before this patch lands or else the
whole forest will be set ablaze.

I take that back...none of the tinderbox scripts run
checksetup.pl, so none of them should break when this patch
lands.

FYI, the Tinderboxen are already running 2.07, I upgraded them the day it came
out. :-)
