Details

Add a way to use loopback on WASAPI/pulse, to be able to feed the complete audio output of the machine (including audio not generated by Firefox) to the AEC reverse-stream. This can be a “special” input device that gives us loopback data for a given cubeb stream, or separate cubeb stream, that is input only, we need to decide something.
