When viewing the main window with three frames visible (folder list, mail list and mail display): If the mail display frame is resized to being small, sometimes the frame is painted incorrectly, with the mail window overlapping the statusbar at the bottom (see URL for screenshot). If the mail item is also too *wide* for the frame it is being displayed in, sometimes a further, more important problem develops: Mozilla rapidly alternates between displaying it correctly, including a horizontal scroll-bar, and the incorrect display - the effort of doing so actually mops up all the CPU time available!

Please set OS = all, because Reporter found it on Linux, and I am reporting it for Windows XP. FYI I am using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.0rc2) Gecko/20020510

I have the the same problem with Win2000 Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; de-AT; rv:1.0rc2) Gecko/20020510 Mayby it helps to find the bug : The problem disappears when I close the display (move the bar to the bottom) and reopens it.
