We need to tweak fennec_pattern in https://hg.mozilla.org/build/puppet/rev/9b340e5acad9#l1.12 and other places when we ready to switch to the new approach. Also, when mozilla-release is 58 (our target), we should kill releaserunner2 and make the patterns to be "Fennec-.*"

Ain't landing this unless we have a clear "Go".

Otherwise there is no prod rr3 to handle fennec. Also, while on this, can you extend the second pattern and make it 'Fennec-5[89].*', so we handle 2 versions and the next patch would just remove the rr2 related stuff and move 'Fennec-.*' to rr3.
