to allow people to get gecko-profiles from automation to try solve issues they might see in automation. this bug will track it all.

For this case, is "downloadable from Treeherder" in the same sense as the other assets that are already downloadable? (eg the links we have to binaries/symbols/... etc). If so, I don't think there's much to do on the Treeherder side. On that note, it's come up occasionally whether Treeherder should no longer actually store file URLs for uploads, but instead defer to eg the Taskcluster artifacts page (either by linking or embedding that in the Treeherder UI). (Context being bug 1342296 and friends)

I have, though they don't really contain much detail. Are you wanting people to just download the profile, or to direct link to eg the profile viewer site?
