STR:
- Load the attachment and right click on the two links.
- for the first one the context menu doesn't stay in place and the link is open
- for both, the context menu is bad positionned: the top-left corner of the menu should be just under the arrow head (see the screenshot, fyi I right cliked on the second link)

Yes, it's a dupe of Bug 1423810, let's solve it there.
