Starting with Beta 59 cycle, we’d like to push Fennec RC builds built off of moz-release repo to Firefox for release users on GooglePlay at 5% staged rollout. I think Relman will need to change the strategy for release to 'rollout' before the RC, or this will break. We can keep it at rollout for all of m-r, or Relman will need to switch strategies again after the RC.
