Details
Although cmd_absPos uses absolute position editor (nsIHTMLAbsPosEditor), this command doesn't expose to web content. And this cannot use on m-c without old addons. Also c-c uses this command.
We should turn off this feature as default on Firefox because this causes reflow on selection listener. (c-c should still turn on default)
