User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 7.0; Q1200 Build/KOT49H) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.111 Mobile Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open firefox and type "blabla:anything" in the URL box without double quotes. 2. Search for the query. Actual results: The browser didn't search for the query and displayed a plane white page. Expected results: Firefox must have displayed the requested search results
Thanks for report! I was able to reproduce with Huawei Honor (Android 5.1.1) on latest Nightly build.

Ever confirmed: true
Note: I could reproduce on two ways:a message is displayed: the address was not understood; and a blank page.
The message displaying part seems interesting . On my side I didn't discover this aspect of the issue. And thanks for paying attention to my report :) .
A workaround is to press the search text as it appears next to the search engine icon instead of pressing Enter.
