STR:
1/ install the snap package from https://snapcraft.io/firefox
2/ go to about:profiles
3/ click on the "open folder" button next to the profile path
ER:
Nautilus opens the folder
AR:
Nothing happens

Please confirm the version of snap core installed by running 'snap info core'.
This should work with 16-2.31.2, which was promoted to stable early this morning. Snap will automatically refresh the core snap, but it might not have refreshed yet. You can trigger a refresh with 'snap refresh core'. If you have 16-2.31.2 already, please try logging out and back in again (or kill the snap userd process).

That's the correct version, which I've confirmed works for me with 17.10. Please find the userd process and kill it. That will be restarted automatically on demand. I'm suspecting your userd process is from the old core snap.
